Susan’s career began as a property lawyer over a 20-year period before making the move to real estate negotiation, management and documentation. Over the last 10 years Susan has applied practical skills and expertise in a wide range of projects including high rise developments, mixed use and land developments, retail and office complexes, managed fund acquisitions and disposals, major building projects, insolvent property transactions, airport property and facilities and logistic company asset transactions.

 

Throughout her career, Susan has developed expansive knowledge of real estate asset portfolio planning, growth and repositioning.  She works with the asset owner to establish the criteria to evaluate the present and future needs of the organisation and then presents options and action plans for each asset.

 

Susan has calmly and reliably acted as independent transaction manager on many sales, acquisitions and lease dealings following best practice processes to maximize value.
